Refund Policy

We take pride in our candles and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at elrethcandles@gmail.com with your order number.


Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Minor variations in color, scent, or appearance (as each candle is handmade)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for scent preference or change of mind.


EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Used or burned items
  • Products that are no longer in their original condition
